WEDDING PACKAGES
The Day Wedding Package: $1750 (Available Sun-Thurs, June-October, or anytime November through May)
The intimate and beautiful grounds of the Twenty Mile House , just an hour from Reno and Lake Tahoe in spectacular Plumas County provides the perfect venue for your wedding day. With exclusive use of our grounds and facilities you can choose from a number of beautiful ceremony sites including garden, river or forest locations and create the perfect ambiance for your reception on our over acre of lawn surrounded by gorgeous gardens, or alternatively inside the historic General Store. Accommodations can be booked for an additional cost. This package includes:
- Exclusive use of the Twenty Mile House 200 acre property, gardens and facilities for you and your wedding party
- Garden or riverside wedding site with use of wedding arch
- Up to 150 guests – can accommodate up to 200 guests for additional cost
- Beautiful garden reception venue
- Use of our historic “General Store” for indoor event space
- Outdoor dance floor and lighting of grounds
- Use of 2 rooms downstairs in Twenty Mile House for wedding party to dress
- Tables for wedding cake, gifts, bar
- Wedding planning assistance: We have partnerships with music providers, caterers, wedding cake designers, florists, rental equipment companies, etc., and we will work with you to organize these needs and take the worry out having to plan these extra steps.
- We can provide catering for additional cost or you can choose to organize your own food
- We provide tables, chairs and other rental needs such us linens, dishes, glassware, flatware, serving dishes, etc at an additional cost depending on the size of your wedding
- For cool nights in the Spring or Fall we include outdoor heaters and canopies.

The Weekend Wedding Package $3895 [required for Saturday weddings June-October]
Our most popular wedding package! Have you dreamed of your wedding being a relaxing weekend full of fun and enjoyment you can share with your family and friends. Then the weekend package is for you! Enjoy exclusive use of the 200 acre property, beautiful gardens, private river front access, facilities and accommodations of the Twenty Mile House. We can help you create a fantastic weekend filled with activities of your choice whether it be inner tubing on the river, spending a day at the local spa, golfing, horseback riding, hiking, and exploring the nearby towns of Graeagle, Quincy and Portola in specatacular Plumas County with your friends and family over the perfect wedding weekend. This package includes:
- All of the above features as listed in the Day Wedding Package plus 2 nights accommodation for up to 14 people.
- Use of General Store and grounds for a Friday night rehearsal dinner.
- 2 nights accommodation for bride and groom in one of our romantic cabins or rooms with welcome champagne and chocolates.
- 2 nights accommodation for guests in the remaining cabins and 3 rooms of the Twenty Mile House. Additional accommodation for 4 available on site and 28 local motel rooms 1 – 2 miles away for additional guest.
- Wedding planning assistance as outlined in the Day Wedding Package and additional assistance with helping the create a weekend schedule filled with fun and relaxing activities.
- Full gourmet brunch included both Saturday and Sunday for up to 20 guest staying on the property. We are happy to accommodate additional friends and family not staying at the Twenty Mile House for $15/person.

The Extended Weekend Wedding Package (add a third night to your weekend wedding ) $4595
This is truly the way the relax and enjoy your wedding and time with your guests in our spectacular area for a long weekend. Choose from Thurs, Fri, Sat or Fri, Sat, Sun. add as many additional days as you like for $695 night. Have time for memorable fun filled days with those you care most about. The Elopement or Vow Renewal Package $895
Your perfect wedding day maybe just the two of you spending a romantic weekend together in a beautiful venue having an intimate wedding ceremony for two. Or you may be looking for a romantic place to renew those vows. Let us help take care of the details. The package includes:
- Garden or riverside wedding venue
- Bridal bouquet of roses (your choice of colors) and boutonniere
- Small wedding cake and champagne
- $75 gift certificate for dinner at a local restaurant
- 2 nights stay in our romantic Creekside cabin
- Breakfast each morning
